The Basics

Why would you ever leave your home with an outdoor entertaining space like this?

The MagnaTrack Solar Screens provide the finishing touch to this custom built covered patio in Dexter. This covered patio was constructed with cedar framing to tie in to the home’s existing architecture. And the addition of MagnaTrack Screens and Bromic heaters create a space that can be used no matter the weather.

What was the vision?

A relaxing outdoor entertainment area to enjoy with close friends and family, that can be used no matter what Michigan weather brings.

The outdoor grilling area needed to be accessible regardless of the weather. Sturdy cedar covered patio with custom built counters and grilling area wasn’t complete without the addition of durable MagnaTrack solar screens and Bromic heaters, making the space much more usable.

MagnaTrack Screens

A MagnaTrack Solar Screen System was installed to enclose the cedar covered patio. These screens are also motorized and crafted to block harmful UV rays while retaining warmth in the year-round space. And speaking of heat, the premium Bromic heaters were added to ensure that outdoor living is possible even in the chilliest Michigan weather.

This Custom Covered Patio connects to the existing home to create a space with permanent shelter from the rain, sun, and elements.  The cedar framing and shingled roof create an addition that ties in nicely with the home’s existing architecture.
