The Basics

This 196 square foot all glass sunroom addition adds a wash of sunlight into the home and the composite deck steps and landing help transition to the backyard.

The Hennessy family in Ann Arbor, Michigan, wanted to enhance their home with a versatile and stylish four season sunroom. Our team at Skyview Detroit designed and constructed a custom LivingSpace Sunroom Addition featuring a stunning glass roof, and finished it off with a TimberTech Composite Deck. This addition provides the family with a bright, airy space that can be enjoyed throughout the year, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.

What was the vision?

A bright, elegant sunroom that would become a place the entire family could enjoy, providing a year-round retreat to enjoy natural light and outdoor views.

To bring the Hennessy family’s vision to life, our team at Skyview Detroit meticulously designed and constructed a custom four season sunroom with a stunning glass roof. We focused on ensuring seamless integration with the existing architecture. The glass roof maximizes natural light, creating an inviting and airy atmosphere. Our attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the sunroom met the family’s aesthetic and functional needs, transforming their home into a beautiful, versatile space.

The LivingSpace Sunroom Addition used for this project was constructed with vinyl and fiberglass composite framing, insulated glass, and insulated deck panels to achieve an energy rating sufficient for a comfortable space that can be used throughout all four seasons.
